Milestones

 

From birthdays, retirements and showers, we’ll handle all the details so you and your family can enjoy the occasion.

 During the consultation, we will discuss how you envision your special day. You can share any inspirational photos, We'll get to know more about your venue choice, style of decors, and the types of services your event needs.​​​ On the day of your celebration, we will do a triple check to make sure that everything is as discussed.

Day of  Event Coordination

 

 

Some of these services include:

  • This package includes:

  • 1 scheduled meeting 

  • 1 scheduled venue site visit

  • Place setting, set-up of photo booth/backdrops, centerpieces, place settings, table numbers, place cards, menus, favors, dessert table, table scatter, light candles and set tables and chairs per your instructions, event breakdown and clean up assistance at an additional $75 an hour 

  • Secure gifts, cards, and other special items - if required

  • Act as liaison/client advocate

  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure you are stress-free

 

Please note that an additional event coordinator is needed for every 150 guests

Partial Event Coordination

 

Some of these services include:

  • This package includes:

  • 4 scheduled meetings

  • Assistance with the theme and color scheme

  • Invitation, snap chat filter, menu, and signage designs. Printing is at an additional cost.

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Design blueprint

  • Design proposal

  • Planning 1 activity (clowns, magicians, performers, etc...)

  • 1 scheduled venue site visit

  • Menu assistance

  • Food set-up - if required

  • Place setting, set-up of photo booth/backdrops, centerpieces, place settings, table numbers, place cards, menus, favors, dessert table, table scatter, light candles and set tables and chairs per your instructions, event breakdown and clean up assistance

  • Event breakdown and Clean up assistance

  • Secure gifts, cards, and other special items - if required

  • Act as liaison/client advocate

  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure you are stress-free

Full Event Coordination

 

Some of these services include:

  • This package includes:

  • 6 scheduled meetings

  • Assistance with the theme and color scheme

  • Invitation, snap chat filter, menu, and signage designs. Printing is at an additional cost.

  • Budget and timeline planning

  • Design blueprint

  • Design proposal

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Necessary scheduled vendor meetings

  • Planning activities (clowns, magicians, performers, spa/salon services, etc...)

  • 3 scheduled venue site visits

  • Menu assistance

  • Food set-up - if required

  • Place setting, set-up of photo booth/backdrops, centerpieces, place settings, table numbers, place cards, menus, favors, dessert table, table scatter, light candles and set tables and chairs per your instructions, event breakdown and Clean up assistance

  • Secure gifts, cards, and other special items
