Day of Coordination

 

From overseeing the wedding party before they walk down the aisle to ensuring the transitions from the ceremony to the reception, and everything in between runs smoothly.

 

During the consultation, we will discuss how you envision your wedding day. You can share any inspiration photos, I will get to know more about your venue choice, style of decors, and the types of services your wedding needs.

We will go over all of the final details the week before your wedding. I will also coordinate with your vendors to make sure that they have all of the information needed to best accommodate you on your wedding day.

​On the day of your wedding, I will do a triple check to make sure that everything is as discussed.

 

Some of these services include:

  • 2 scheduled meetings

  • Invitation set, thank you card, snap chat filter, menu, and signage designs

  • Wedding rehearsal assistance

  • Set up your ceremony, photo booth/backdrops, centerpieces, place settings, table numbers, place cards, menus, favors, dessert table, table scatter, light candles and set tables and chairs per your instructions

  • Organize and distribute all personal flowers to the wedding party, family members and special guests

  • Facilitate wedding ceremony

  • Secure gifts, cards, and other special items

  • Act as liaison/client advocate

  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure you are stress-free

 

Please note that an additional event coordinator is needed for every 150 guests.

Partial Wedding Planning

 

This package is usually for 6 months before your wedding. At this point, you have begun been planning your wedding and you know what you want, but now you both need some extra help. From finding you the best deals for a florist to choosing a photographer/videographer, let us guide you through the planning process, catering to the needs of your wedding day.

During the consultation, we will discuss how you envision your wedding day. You can share any inspiration photos. We will review your venue choice, style of decors, and the types of services your wedding needs.

We will go over all of the final details the week before your wedding. I will also coordinate with your vendors to make sure that they have all of the information needed to best accommodate you on your wedding day. We can do a final walk-through of your venue/s. After our last meeting, a final timeline will be sent to all of your vendors and wedding party.

Full Wedding Planning

 

From budgeting, creating a floor plan, selecting the right DJ, band and/or entertainment, florist recommendations, choosing a photographer/videographer, let us guide you through the planning process, creating a custom experience catered to your wedding day needs.

Within the 12 months before your wedding, we will meet to create your budget and timelines, customize a design proposal, vision board as well as a monthly to-do list. Also assist you in choosing your invitations, rentals, florist, etc.

We will go over all of the final details the week before your wedding. I'll also coordinate with your vendors to make sure that they have all of the information needed to best accommodate you on your wedding day. We can do a final walk-through of your venue/s. After our last meeting, a final timeline will be sent to all of your vendors and wedding party.​ On the day of your wedding, I will do a triple check to make sure that everything is as discussed.

  • 3 chosen vendor meetings

  • Necessary venue visits

  • Create a vision board, design proposal, and monthly to-do lists
